MEXICAN IDENTITY

GISSEL AMAI ORDOÑEZ GARCIA

Talking about Mexican identity includes talking
about its people and its ancestors, starting with
its typical traditions such as the Day of the
Dead, which has been nationally recognized for
years. Mexico formed revolutionaries who
fought for the country's independence, if we
talk today every Mexican enjoys the culture of
Mexico, its food such as tacos al pastor, pozole
and others, the sweets that we have all eaten at
at least once in our lives, the characteristic
colors of its flag, its typical toys that were also
part of our childhood such as marbles, the
ballero, the spinning top, and rag dolls. We can
also mention her very nice way of speaking
with words that only Mexicans know and use,
all of the customs and traditions that Mexicans
practice is what makes Mexico "a beautiful
Mexico" speaking for myself, I am very proud to
be Mexican.
