First and foremost, we extend our heartfelt

appreciation to all parents, teachers and students
for their outstanding support during the Gotong
Royong Madani 2023 (GRM). It was heartening to
witness parents and students arriving at various
times, both early in the morning and later,
showcasing their unwavering dedication to SKBD's
community cleanup initiative. This event stands as a
source of great pride and success for us, and we are
genuinely grateful for the remarkable turnout. We
could not have done this without you.

Leading up to the GRM, we conducted thorough

site visits alongside Alam Flora, their
contractor, and hired gardeners and workers.
This helped us to identify the areas that
required special attention during the cleanup.

A special spotlight shines on

and
we could see the joy and
satisfaction in their hard-earned
accomplishments.

We extend a heartfelt mention to

the 7 Alam Flora workers and 4
Bomba whose commitment extended
beyond Saturday. Alongside our
YDP and Datin Sri Ezza, Alam
Flora returned to school on
Monday morning to ensure the
cleanup was thorough and
complete.

GRM Day

The success of the GRM owes its achievement to the remarkable unity of parents, teachers and
students who joined forces, dedicating countless hours to repaint the rumah kayu, clear blocked
drains, and remove fallen trees, bushes around the school field, painting the stairwells and
rooms as well as cleaning the courtyard. Their unwavering commitment is truly commendable.

work on the dataran/courtyard.
Proposal to use acrylic/sport We'll get started as soon as
floor coating with epoxy finish. conditions improve.

Just before the event, we hired a cleaner to meticulously prepare

the rumah kayu, making the repainting process with shellac much
smoother and cleaner.

The flawless planning, preparation, and execution of this event

became a reality thanks to the incredible generosity of our
devoted parents, teachers and students. Their support was nothing
short of a blessing, and for that, we are immensely grateful.

The overwhelming help and support we received for this gotong

royong deeply touched our hearts. It's a testament to the
strength of our community and our shared sense of responsibility
for our children's environment.
