Introduction~

Some of us are not sufficiently friendly or do not even know anyone

from the other sections. Consequently, when we tried to find a student
from 10-Boyle to answer our survey, we encountered difficulties in
contacting the other section because some of them are not located
nearby. As a result, we faced some challenges that caused frustration
and concern. Prior to the assignment being given to us, we had
planned to have a meeting at the Science Garden after school.
Subsequently, we continued our discussions through Messenger to
determine how we should approach our assigned tasks. Our TR
moved the survey to Google Forms and then distributed it to us. I,
Chezka Versola, along with Dylan Sacramento and Frank Cedric
Pantanilla, searched and reached out to students from Boyle to assist
us in answering the survey. This is when the real problem arose. Our
group sought out 20 individuals to participate in the survey, but
encountered difficulties in finding willing participants.

Each of us has been assigned a specific task. As previously mentioned, Dylan,

Frank, and I distributed the surveys to students in the Boyle section. Fortunately,
Dylan and Frank were acquainted with some students from 10-Boyle who
assisted us in completing the first survey regarding Restroom Responsibility and
Cleanliness. With the completion of the first survey, our TR instructed us to
conduct another survey on the Preliminary Study of the Reading Buddy Program.
Similar to the previous survey, we distributed it to other students, still focusing on
Boyle. However, we faced some challenges in obtaining a full set of 10
responses, which left us feeling somewhat dissatisfied.

The individuals responsible for creating the tables and graphics are Cristy
Villagas, Jamaica Zonio, Jerliza Aguilar, Jessa Antilas, Princess Ashley Santillan,
and Geraldine De Guzman. I, Chezka Versola, am responsible for preparing the
narrative report. Eunice Rosacia and Raymund Pesidas are in charge of
interpreting the data. Lastly, Gibron Picaza and Leinra Sajor will be presenting
this information. Please refer to the attached picture for proof and evidence.
One of our team members mistakenly decided to answer the survey,
resulting in 11 responses instead of the intended 10. As a precaution,
our TR made the decision to close the surveys to prevent any further
accidents. Following this, we thoroughly analyzed the submitted
responses and carefully studied them in order to determine the best
way to present the information on a cartolina paper. Leinra Sajor and
Gibron Picaza are collaborating to create a cohesive and impactful
presentation. While several members of the team have opted to rest,
there are a few dedicated individuals who, despite feeling sleepy, are
diligently working on their assigned tasks.

That’s all~
