-You: Awesome, the reason why I am calling is because the property meets all the
criteria that we are looking for and I wanted to know if you would consider
selling?

- Not even for right the price?

: IF THEY ASK, "WHAT IS THE RIGHT PRICE?" RESPOND WITH:

- To be honest, I am not the one who runs the numbers on homes, my


acquisition manager oversees that. But if you are interested on getting our offer,
we just need a few simple questions like (GO STRAIGHT TO QUESTIONS #1)
: IF THEY ARE STILL NOT INTERESTED, PROCEED ASKING THE FOLLOWING:

- Okay (seller’s name) I completely understand by the way do you have any
other properties you want to sell or know someone who does? If they say yes
ask important questions.
