You know how vital it is to follow safety protocols in our work. They help us to perform our duties effectively and avoid any dangers that could injure us or even threaten our lives. However, | noticed yesterday that most of you were careless and unaware of the surroundings. This is unacceptable and risky. | care about each one of you as my agents and | want to keep you all safe. Tired team members may pose a risk as they are not able to fully focus on the task at hand, which could cause an incident or accident, potentially harming themselves or others.
