 Preface

I give thanks to the presence of Allah SWT. who has given His grace so
that I can complete this assignment entitled “Students 12 RPL 1 Achieves Goals”
on time. The purpose of writing this report is to fulfill assignments in English
subjects. In addition, this report also aims to add insight and so that students can
plan their plans more carefully. Especially for readers and also for writers.
There is pride in itself if this research activity can be completed with good
results. With the limitations of the author in making research, there are quite a
number of obstacles that the author encounters in the field. And if this research can
finally be completed properly, of course it is because of the help and support from
many related parties.
And then, I would like to thank Mrs. Aceu Nurlaela M. Pd, the English
teacher who has given this assignment so that the students can know better what to
do after graduating from school. I also thank all parties that I cannot mention all,
thank you for their help so that I can complete this task
There is nothing that the author can give other than prayers and sincere
gratitude to the supporters. But don't forget that useful input such as suggestions or
criticism from readers is highly expected by the author. The author really hopes
that this research report will be very useful for anyone who reads and adds

 CHAPTER 1 INTRODUCTION

A. Background

Everyone has an ideal to be what they want, ideals are purpose in life. It’s
like someone wants to go to collage or work. As disciples, surely we have a
goal to reach. It’s not easy if we only have the intention but, it takes the will,
the effort and the hard work. In his accomplishments we need innovation,
determination an solid foundation.

B. Purpose

To know the exact plan of student 12 RPL 1 after graduation.

C. Advantage

According to the background previously presented, the problem could be solved

as follow:

1. What will the students, do after graduate, go to university or work in

company?
2. Where do the students want to work, will it be in a government company
or private company?
3. What will students do if they do not find a job, whether to apply for
another job or to become a business people?
4. What will kind of jobs do students prefer, in a private company or in
government office?
5. How would the students apply for a job, send an application letter by
email or come to the company directly?

 DATA ANALYSIS

After observing through interviews in the 12 RPL 1, the results from the
data state that 60% of students of 12 RPL 1 chose to work instead of continuing.

Then ask again for the place where they want to work the results compared
to the government office, 65% students of 12 RPL 1 chose to work in their own
company.

After that ask them again about the prediction if they are not accepted for
work or will be entrepreneur and the results is 35% students want to be business
people while 65% of students apply for the jobs over again when they are turned
down.

Next, what type of jobs would the students like to have, in the results of this
dialogue 65% of 100% students chose to work in a private company.

And the last questions, how many students prefer to send application letters
by email and post in the results 75% students prefer for a send an application letter
by email or post.

 CHAPTER 3 CLOSING

CONCLUSION
The conclusion of the data analysis based on this survey is that most of the
12 student RPL 1 chose to continue working after graduation, because it is true that
vocational schools may be dominated by practice studies, so they will likely know
future plans related to the program but others still want to continue education. They
also prefer for send an application letter by email or post instead of come to the
company directly

RECOMMENDATION
I think it's only natural to choose a job after graduation, the thing that should
be prepared as well as surely many of these are student skills for future jobs, it
would be better if that student continued his education as a matter of course. I am
sure students RPL will succeed in their own way
