Course Objective
This course is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills required for
effective oral communication and presentation in various personal and professional
contexts. It covers the importance of oral communication, the impact of verbal and non-
verbal cues, persuasive speaking, listening skills, and the art of confident and engaging
public speaking. Additionally, the course delves into the analysis of body language, stress
management, and the art of discourse analysis, providing a comprehensive foundation for
effective oral communication.

Course Learning Outcomes

1. Students will demonstrate proficiency in oral communication by effectively conveying
information, ideas, and messages in various personal and professional contexts.

2. Students will develop the confidence and persuasive speaking skills necessary to engage and
influence diverse audiences, both in public speaking and interpersonal communication
situations.

3. Students will master the art of non-verbal communication, including body language
analysis, to enhance their ability to convey and interpret messages accurately.
