    How to use Remote Desktop (RDP)

    1. First, request VPN access

    a. You can request VPN access “Remote Only” on this page.


    An approval request will then be sent to your manager.
    b. Download and install the Cisco Anyconect VPN client from
    this link.

    2. Connect to your VPN

    a. Sign in with your Ubisoft account (Ubisoft email address -


    Windows password)

    b. Validate the login request via your MFA


    3. Launch remote desktop software:

    a. Open the start menu and type "RDP" or "Remote Desktop"

    b. Remote Desktop Configuration

    Fill this with BDX-WKS-


    XXXXXX where the “X”s
    are the barcode numbers
    on your PC
    Enter your full Ubisoft
    email address
    Check this box if you
    want to use multiple
    monitors

    Click on connect, type


    your password and you
    are now on your Ubisoft
    workstation.
