    Since I am already employed as a DepEd Employee, I will continue to pursue career growth and

    development. I will Identify any gaps in my skills or experience and take steps to fill them. This
    might involve taking additional courses, attending workshops or seminars, volunteering, or
    doing internships. This will help me develop the skills and experience needed to succeed in my
    current career. I will also build my network. Networking is essential in any career, so I am going
    to try to connect with professionals in my field. Like attending networking events, conferences,
    or joining professional organizations related to my field. Building a strong network can help me
    access job opportunities, gain valuable insights, and advance my career.
