I. Title of the Program:


Project Rise (Responding to Institutional needs thru Stakeholders’ Support and
Engagement)

II. Rationale:
Project RISE (Responding to Institutional needs thru Stakeholders’
Support and Engagement is an innovation where it adheres to strengthen
the partnership of stakeholders and continue to improve the learners’
academic performance to help learners read and become functionally
literate.  It will also create opportunities for all stakeholders to contribute
to possible solutions to the current gaps in the current educational
system, especially in equipping learners with 21st century skills. The
proponent, the school head of this project, will focus on collaboration and
strengthening partnership engagements by giving invitation letters and
giving options to contribute to the success of the learners. To ensure the
delivery of quality basic education notwithstanding the COVID-19
pandemic. The innovation project will not only focus on the donation of
school materials but also on the performance of the learners. All the
resources generated will be beneficial to the learners’ progress in a time
where they are learning at their homes.

During the school year, there is a need for a voluntary effort to


address the resource gaps by the school and community stakeholders.
The Department of Education has a program that mobilizes and brings
together thousands of parents, alumni, civic groups, local businesses,
and non-governmental organizations. Teachers, students, and individuals
who volunteer to donate materials that will be used for educating
learners and making everyone safe.

In this SY 2021-2022 of the implementation of blended learning, the


school needs support to ensure adequate materials for learners’
education. To ensure continuity of education, the proponent wants to
further improve the quality of education amidst the ongoing health crisis.

Thus, she came up with the innovation title Project RISE (Responding to
Institutional needs thru Stakeholders’ Support and Engagement).
Through this innovation project, the proponent will strengthen the
partnership with our stakeholders for the development of its beneficiaries
– the learners. 

III. Program or Course Description:

This project aims to

1. Strengthen the partnership with our stakeholders for the


development of its beneficiaries – the learners. 
2. Generate school supplies to ignite learners’ passion to learn at
home.
3. Improve learners’ performance amidst the pandemic through
stakeholders’ collaboration

IV. Professional Development Priorities:

According to DepEd Order (DO) No.50, s.2020, titled DepEd Professional


Development Priorities for Teachers and School Leaders for School Year
2020-2023, the PD priorities are to support the Department's goal of
continuous upskilling and reskilling of teachers, which will result in
better learning outcomes and the achievement of teachers' strategic
goals.

Regardless of the difficult circumstances we have faced as educators,


learning never stops, and professional development must continue to
better equip teachers with the necessary skills to serve as learning
facilitators. DepEd Order No. 42, Philippine Professional Standard for
Teachers, s. In 2017, the activities will be focused on Domains 5 and 6,
Community Linkages and Professional Engagement & Personal Growth
and Professional Development, respectively (PPST Strand 1.2.3.4).

V. Professional Standard Covered (PPSS domains/strands/indicators)

Domain 5. Strand 5.5 Initiated partnerships in the community such as


parents, alumni, LGU, NGOs, religious organizations, partner
institutions, and other stakeholders to strengthen support for leaners
development as well as school community improvement.

The School in this Domain are expected to recognize and respond to


opportunities that connect classroom teaching and learning to the
experiences, interests, and goals of the larger school community and
other critical stakeholders. It is about how important it is to understand
and carry out responsibilities in sustaining professional ethics,
accountability, and transparency to foster professional and harmonious
relationships with students, parents, schools, and the broader
community.

Monitoring of the program shall be done regularly by the School Head,


Head Teachers, and School Financial Team of Madapdap Resettlement High
School.

To ensure the effectiveness of the Project RISE an instrument will be


used, coordination with School MPTA Officers and Schools’ Administrators
in the said tool will be essential.

The budget will come from the generous allies of the school, private
