1. As a NSTP students why do you need to conduct a research for your outreach program as a
requirements? 30 points
Answer- An outreach program aims to help, uplift, and support those who are deprived of certain
services and rights. It involves giving learning, social planning, health support, and other projects
for their welfare. As usual, a program must be organized to use resources and aid to fulfill a goal.
Participating in outreach connects you with peers, teachers, parents, adults and kids with unique
stories and points of view on the world. You might find mentors, collaboration opportunities, or
just many more reasons to remember why what you do is important.

2. Why do you need to follow the Community Action Cycle for Community Mobilization in your Social
Mobilization? 30 points
Answer- Social mobilisation aims at empowering individuals and communities to identify their
needs, theirrights, and their responsibilities, change their ideas and beliefs and organize the human,
material, financialand other resources required for socioeconomic development.
Being part of an engaging community gives us a sense of belonging. It enables us to share personal
relatedness and support perpetual growth of each other, ourselves and our environment.
