§ Ps: what went well (situation-behaviour-impact)
§ FGs: add one more different thing that went well (situation-behaviour-impact)
§ Ask Ps what the major weakness of the presentation was, in their view.
§ Ps: what went wrong (situation-behaviour-impact)
§ FGs: add one more different thing that went wrong (situation-behaviour-impact)
§ FGs: suggest improvement, ie. elicit or say what could be done differently
§ Conclude: (you can ask if Ps need you to clarify something/if you can be of any help/how you
can be contacted, etc.) … finish on a positive note.
§ Thank the presenters for their presentation and effort.
o make sure that each of you contributes, each of you has to speak and provide an equal amount

FEEDBACK ON TEAM 4 ´S PRESENTATION

Part 1
Dear team 4,
Thank you for the presentation on Culinary tourism that you observed on 2nd March, that you divided
into 3 main topics: France, Peru and Vietnam.

Part 2:
What we liked the most was your knowledge about the topic and that you were so informative,
which helped you answer the questions easily. We also mentioned the great chosen visual of your
presentation. It seemed that you really worked on it. Furthermore, what we liked was involving the
audience.

Part 3:
In our opinion, one of your weaknesses was the fact that you most of the time read from your notes,
so there was not enough eye contact with the audience. The second one there was too much text on
one slide. Then the audience is lost in the given information. Also, that leads to disorientation.

Part 4
For the next time our advice for improvement is to divide text into more than just one slide. The
second tip is to be more relaxed. It helps to build a good impression. Taking a deep breath calms
you down and helps you to focus on your speech.

Part 5
In conclusion, we really liked your presentation. It had a few flaws, but overall we gained a lot of
interesting knowledge from it and it convinced us to try some of the foreign meals.
