2.9. Building Permit

BALI PBG BUILDING PERMIT

Our Approach

PBG is needed to build or renovate any Villa in Bali. It does not


need to be applied before construction start (as was necessary
with the previous building permit IMB) and can be issued
within 2 days, as long as the Villa has a statement of technical
standards.
