potential contractors, carefully narrowed down to three candidates. Our top three were chosen
after conducting site visits, viewing previous projects, engaging in detailed discussions
regarding various aspects including the Bill of Quantities (BoQ) and the construction process.
By following this rigorous selection process, we were confident in choosing a contractor who

The conceptualization of the villa was led by an experienced and globally recognized architect
from Balitecture (balitecture.com), while the meticulous implementation and intricate details
were masterfully executed by Balinese Chief Architect Indra.
The Novea Townhouse offers 164m² of living space spread across two stories. The layout
includes an open loft area with a fully equipped office, two bedrooms, each with its own

are available at our Welcome Center, ensuring convenient transportation

While there is space to accommodate 2-3 cars, it's worth noting that the primary mode of
transportation in the area is scooters. Fortunately, there is ample space provided for scooter
parking.
The welcome center includes a reception area, a comfortable lounge space, dedicated
working areas for on-site service staff, and convenient storage facilities to maximize space
utilization in the Villas.
