The site is located in Kadapakkam kuppam, Edaikazhindu Tamilnadu
It is located in Ward no :10, ALAMPARAI KUPPAM in Kancheepuram
district. The site is surrounded by 150 m wide backwater stretch along
the eastern side and 200 m wide backwater to the western side of
the site. Fishing villages like New Alamparai kuppam towards the
western side of the site, Kadappakkam kuppam towards the northern
side of the site. The main access road is the 15m wide East coast
road and the road abutting the site is 5m wide.

Many architecturally and culturally important buildings structures


were badly damaged during tsunami in 2004 .To redevelop the
site by rehabilitating the existing fishermen community according
to their lifestyle and character.
Feasibility of the Project ?
Great Potential to develop as a tourist spot.
