• 3:45am ……….Namaz e Tahajud
• After Namaz……1 glass of water
• Suhoor…….1 CD size paratha (use 1 tsp. oil only)+ 1 Egg omelet (Add
vegetables) + ½ cup of yogurt
• After suhoor…..Namaz e Fajar + Morning Azkar
Evening Routine

• 1:00pm…..Namaz e Zohar + Evening Azkar


• 1:30pm…….Quran Recitation (atleast 1 Rukoo)
• 4:00pm…….Namaz e Asar
• 5:45-6:15…..Walk 30 minutes
• 6:18pm……Iftar
• Iftar…….1 date + 5 tbsp. fruit chaat (without any cream, sugar)+ 1glass of water with lemon and
1 tsp chia seeds
• 6:30pm……Namaz e Maghrib
• 7:00pm…..1 glass of water
Night Routine
• 8:00pm….Dinner
• Dinner…..5 tbsp. channa chaat/dahi bhally/Rice
• 9:00pm…..1 glass of water
• Namaz e Esha + Taraweeh (have 2 glass of water)
• 10:00pm……1 glass of milk
• 1:00am…….1 cup Green tea(optional)
