The two parties agree to sign a teaching contract including the following
terms:
Article 1: GENERAL AGREEMENT
1.1 The two parties agree to cooperate in training according to the credit system
issued and applied by the Principal of Party A.
1.2 Party A manages the teaching process of Party B under the mode of visiting
lecturers
1.3 Contract period: Unspecified time
Article 2. Party B agrees to work for Party A according to the following
contents and requirements:
a) Course name: Marx - Lenin

Teaching time: According to the schedule of the Training Management Department.

Article 3. Responsibilities of each party

3.1. Responsibility of Party B
3.1-1. Teaching in accordance with the detailed course outline. In the first class,
must provide students with the name of the course reference. Classroom
management according to the Regulations of the Ministry of Education and
Training and related regulations of the Quang Binh Industrial - Agricultural Technical
College
3.1-2. After finishing teaching, submit to the Course Management Department the
list of students who have test scores and are allowed to take the final exam
according to the regulations, 5 final exam questions (with grades and answers)
Specify the time to do the test, the conditions for doing the test.
3.1-3. Receive exam marks at the Department, submit test scores, test papers with
exam questions and answers to the Department after 5 days of receiving the test (if
required to mark the test).
3.2. Responsibilities of Party A
3.2-1. The Head of the Subject Management Department is responsible for
providing Party B with the detailed course/module outline and teaching schedule.
3.2-2. Pay Party B the following allowances:
- Teaching and grading allowance:
+ Total number of lessons/week: 15 theoretical lessons;
+ Marking: 5000 VND/exam paper
- Travel allowance: 50,000VND/day
- Food allowance during the teaching period: Meal allowance: 50,000 VND/day
Article 4. Commitment to perform:
- Both parties commit to strictly implement the signed terms.
- In the course of implementation, if any difficulties arise, each party must notify
each other and discuss together to perform well the Contract, whoever violates the
signed terms must be responsible before the school. and handled according to the
Ordinance on economic contracts.
- This contract is made into 02 copies (one for each party).
