WINDOW TYPE AIR CONDITIONING EQUIPMENT.
LOCATION: SPARE PARTS WAREHOUSE

It is a great pleasure to contact you with the purpose of informing you of the results of the repair
carried out on the air conditioning equipment in question.

1.- SPECIFICATIONS
 Brand: Carrier
 Capacity: 18000 BTU/H
 Current: 9.5A
 Voltage: 208 - 230 V

2. BACKGROUND.
The equipment is operational and only the evaporator and air filter are dirty.

3.- WORK DONE.

The technical department, once the review of the various mechanisms of the equipment has been carried out,
has carried out the following work:
 Cleaning the evaporator coil with a hydro washer and 10% Acti Klean cleaning liquid.
 Cleaning the condenser coil with hydro washer with 10% Alkyfoam cleaning fluid
 Cleaning the air filters.
 .Cleaning and lubrication (greasing) of the electric fan motor bearings.
 Review of the electrical circuit.
 Funcionality test

4.- CHANGES MADE.

During the maintenance carried out, no defective elements were found that required changes.

5.- WORK PARAMETERS.

Once the repair work was completed, the functional tests were carried out and the following work parameters
were taken:
 Work intensity: 8.8 Amperes
 Voltage: 226 Volts.
 Low pressure: 62 PSIG
 Supply air temperature: 6°C

5.- RECOMMENDATIONS.
It is recommended to perform preventive maintenance quarterly to maintain the good state of conservation
and operation of the machine.

carried out on the air conditioning equipment in question.

1.- SPECIFICATIONS
 Brand: Carrier
 Capacity: 60000 BTU/H
 Current: 16A
 Voltage: 208 - 230 V

2. BACKGROUND.
The equipment is inoperative due to the lack of a centrifugal evaporator fan and the evaporator is
observed to be saturated with dirt.

3.- WORK DONE.

The technical department, once the review of the various mechanisms of the equipment has been carried out,
has carried out the following work:
 Cleaning the evaporator coil with a hydro washer and 10% Acti Klean cleaning liquid.
 Cleaning the condenser coil with hydro washer with 10% Alkyfoam cleaning fluid
 Cleaning the air filters.
 .Cleaning and lubrication of condenser fan motor
 Maintenance, varnishing, drying and washing of the evaporator fan motor
 Change of 02 6203 bearings to evaporator fan motor
 Installation of new centrifugal fan
 Removal of refrigerant from the cooling system due to excess load.
 Review of the electrical circuit.
 Funcionality test

4.- CHANGES MADE.

In the repair carried out the following was changed:
 02 bearings 6203 a evaporator fan motor
 01 metallic centrifugal evaporator fan

5.- WORK PARAMETERS.

Once the repair work was completed, the functional tests were carried out and the following work parameters
were taken:
 Work intensity: 15.2 Amperes
 Voltage: 220 Volts.
 Low pressure: 62 PSIG
 Supply air temperature: 5°C

5.- RECOMMENDATIONS.
It is recommended to perform preventive maintenance quarterly to maintain the good state of conservation
and operation of the machine.
