But, for improvement work on this research
is applying Blockchain-BIM to increase the
cost performance of Green building in
modern shopping centre buildings. The
improvement work item on the research
explained on table 8.
It can be explained that there is a
significant correlation between the results
of the SEM-PLS test on the factors that
influence the components of the cost of
repairing green buildings. Influential
factors on table 7, item number 1, 2, 3, 4, 8
and 10 are very closely related to the repair
cost components in table 8, item number 2,
3, 4, 5, 6, 10, 12 and 13. This shows that
there is a similarity in the results between
statistical test and implementation of the
case studies in this study. So, the influential
factors need to be mentioned in the
purpose of this study.
There was a typo error, when setting the
table width, so the unit size was lost.

Apart from Blockchain-BIM on the
application of green buildings that have
never been done by previous researchers,
researcher conducted an investigation into
the selection of renewable energy
technologies in the implementation of
green buildings where case studies were
applied, this can be categorized as research
development, which is not commonly use
by previous research. Researchers provide
choices in the application of renewable
energy, so that it can meet the green
building criteria by the government, and
the required cost options. Some sentence

This study uses BIM 5D, so the limitations
needed for research are following the
method of research implementation on
the Blockchain-BIM network as described in
Figure 5, while for the application approach
of the Blockchain network itself using the
approach of Figure 4. The blockchain
network is significant tool in this research
because the output as a green building
cost improvement.

modeling, BIM has features that support

Modelling – Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS)
method was used.
2 The reference article mainly uses new
literature sources (2018-2023), with the
exception of a few older sources (2010,
2014) that are relevant for the study. I
believe that the literature listed in Figure 3
should also have clear links to the
reference. The sources of literature (Hair,
1998; Wong KK, 2013; Sarstedt et al., 2017;
Hair, 2013; Ghozali, 2012; Ghozali, 2017)
are not included in the reference list. The
same uncertainty remains in Figure 5 (Ni et
al., 2021).

3 Describing the methodology, the authors
write: 'Figure 3 is the research flow used in
this study, with reference to previous
research for SEM-PLS tested'. It is not clear
to which previous SEM-PLS test this article
refers.
4 In Table 7 of the article, it is not clear what
the difference is between the last three
columns of the table.
5 Conclusions are written in more the form
of considerations than in evaluating the
results obtained using the Structural
Equation Modeling – Partial Least Square
(SEM-PLS) method.

It can be explained that the purpose of
previous research is research conducted by
Hair (Test Validation and Test Reability), Wong
KK and Sarstedt (Average Variance Extracted),
Ghozali (T-Statistics and P-Value), which is
mentioned in chart figure 3, in their research
mentioned about testing techniques with SEM
PLS, with test value criteria.
There was an error in writing or typo, while
setting the table width, so that the items that
should be there were missing from the
correspondence in table 7 (Table 8 revised
version). The author has fixed this error.
Researchers have added information in the
conclusion, that there is a significant
relationship between the results of the SEM-
PLS testing and the green building
assessment result items. Which means that
there is a close relationship between the
influential factors and the green building
improvement work items. Where there are
similarities between the influential factors and
the repair work carried out.

This research is the latest to take guidance
from the latest Indonesian government
regulations for green buildings. Based on
research results, that Blockchain-BIM is able
to improve the cost performance of green
buildings.
