Chapter 1: Introduction

The topic of the research study is “Examining the Influence of Stress on the Hospitality Workers
During Pandemic Condition”. In this research, stress on hospitality workers during a covid
pandemic will In this chapter of the study research topic be introduced and the research aims and
objectives will be identified. Furthermore, research questions, significance, and problem
statement will also be discussed in the chapter on the research. This chapter will help in
determining the major purpose of research and the importance of research in the respective field.
Moreover, at the end of the chapter, the structure of the complete research will be disclosed.

Chapter 2: Literature Review

This is the second part of the research study in which a literature review will be conducted based
on research aims and objectives. There are three major objectives of this research that are to
examine the occupational factors and stressors that impact tourist workers, the effect of the covid
pandemic on hospitality and tourism, and occupational stressor impact on the worker’s health
and well-being. For every research aim, previous research will be reviewed to gather relevant
information about the research objectives. In this chapter, from previous research results and
outcomes, the expected outcome can be determined. Furthermore, this chapter will help in
gaining more knowledge about the research topic and research objectives.

Chapter 3: Methodology
In this chapter of the research study, the methodology will be discussed. For this research,
primary quantitative methods will be used. Primary quantitative research data will be gathered
through a Likert-scale-based survey that will help in analyzing the numerical data. Methodology
in the research study also helps in determining the research's ethical considerations as well as
research limitations. Things that will be discussed in this part of the research study are research
design, approach, philosophy, data collection, sample size, ethical considerations, and research
limitations. All these together will help in providing a complete structure to the research study
that will help in completing the research further.
 Chapter 4: Result Analysis
This is the fourth part of the research study and the most important part as it contains the analysis
of the gathered research data. The research data will be analyzed through a graphical
representation of the numerical data gathered. This chapter will help in finalizing the research
information gathered and present the results. Also, the data analysis will be done in a sequence of
questions according to the questionnaire

Chapter 5: Discussion
In this chapter, results will further be discussed in light of the literature review conducted in
chapter 2. This will help in comparing and identifying the similarity or differences between the
previous research results and current research study results. Also, the research results of the
current study are supported by the previous literature results.

Chapter 6: Conclusion and Recommendation

This is the last part of the research study and in this part, complete research will be concluded
based on the research objectives, literature review, and research results. Moreover, in this
chapter, recommendations are provided for the improvement of the identified research problem
and also for more accurate and specific data collection.
