Did you receive our letter a few weeks ago? We had just received our photos of the Thaddeus Kosciuszko National
Memorial (on the corner of 3rd and Pine Streets) from the photographer and wanted to introduce ourselves and our
philosophy to you. I also made you an offer of our report ‘10 Common Mistakes People Make When Working on
Their Older Buildings’ - more on that later.
After I had sent the letter out someone pointed out that even though I explained in great detail the services we offer
and who we are I did not provide photos of other projects to demonstrate the work we do. So here they are -
Whole House Restoration – Using traditional building methods together with modern materials and problem
solving methods while maintaining the integrity of the architectural design and essence of the period in which your
home was built, creating truly authentic, historically accurate finished project.
Custom Cabinetry and Architectural Millwork – The best of traditional designs and handcrafted joinery. The
Architectural Millwork category includes, but is not limited to, doors, windows, and custom mouldings to match
existing features or replicate period style woodworking.
Sympathetic Additions – Adding modern amenities complimentary to the original architecture.
Hopefully this gives you a better idea of the work we do – ‘a picture says a thousand words’ as they say. I want to
extend our offer to get to know us better without the commitment, again. Call Katie at 877-461-6928 and request a
copy of our report ‘10 Common Mistakes People Make When Working on Their Older Buildings’ – we are in the
process of publishing a series of Preservation Primers. This report is the first ‘draft’ and will only be available until
we have the primers ready to sell.
You have to call to request your free report by June 8, 2012. (I extended the deadline by a week)
Please feel free to call or e-mail with any questions or if you need additional information visit our website at
www.historic-restorations.com.
P.S. If you have a project in mind that you would like to discuss with us – I will also offer a
complimentary consultation (usually a $349.00 charge) if you call by June 8th.
