Introduction: What is the importance of developing creativity for your professional thinking? Creativity
should be understood as the ability to create something new, different and original, both from the
perspective of artistic and scientific work. We must then force in our being the development of that
creative thinking, which forces us to think about new ways of carrying out our activities, innovating,
changing focus and practice. It is therefore essential to study the way in which creative thinking
develops, so that from this analysis we take working with creativity as the central axis of our tasks.
This is of vital importance within the educational field, where teachers must be creative through the
didactics they use to build knowledge in students.

CREATIVITY AND DEVELOPMENT!

General creativity: Select at least 2 of the sections and prepare what is requested

a) Make a long list of the consequences that would occur if, instead of 24-hour days, there were six
months of sunlight each year, followed by six months of darkness:

-Our body would get used to 48 hours of day instead of 24.

-We would be awake for 36 hours and sleep for about 12.
-We would experience “hallucinations” since our brain is not used to the lack of objects that we usually
see in light, so it would create its own figures.
-Sleep disturbance
-Disorders.
-Skin problems
-Vitamin D deficiency
-Very short life expectancy.

b) Write five titles of books that humanity needs:

-Life without violence or illness.

-The true love that will change the world.

A) Suppose you are the CEO of a company and you are looking for many ways to know how
creative your staff is. What specific actions would you take?

Take time to analyze staff.

Develop the observation capacity.

Investigate each person's strengths and weaknesses.

Trust the staff and assign them various activities to know which ones they feel most
comfortable with.

Experiment with task switching and develop programs to improve each person's skills and
learning.

B) Write a strategy or an itinerary (sequential points) to transform this idea into action: I want to
found a toy factory.

-Develop a vision about the factory, that is, know and know the aspirations that will be had.

3. In what ways could development be encouraged?

The creativity of a country could be boosted if we learn to observe our environment, better training
people by improving their skills and abilities, in addition; to socialize, investigate, be responsible
and have the desire to develop ourselves in different aspects, this in order to improve personally,
then help others and thus in the end the entire country will develop in a better way.

Creativity is an important pillar in our daily tasks, since it leads us to generate new ideas that will
be useful to develop ourselves in different aspects and environments, such as the professional
one, where you can grow if you acquire the necessary knowledge and combine it with the
creativity, since you will be able to develop new practical, economic, financial, productive ideas
either individually or as a team, thus improving our efficiency in the professional field.
