interpretation and description of ECG

‫ مربع صغار بالثانيه الواحده وايضا انه ربط الدات صحيح وهذا بواسطه‬٢٥ ‫هنا فقط نتاكد من انه الجهاز جاي يطلع‬
‫ مقلوبه والبقيه عدالت‬avf ‫نشوف‬

2. rate & rhythm

P wave ‫ بوجود‬sinus arrhythmia ‫نميز ال‬

irregular ‫واذا‬

3. cardiac axis
left axis deviation , right axis deviation , extremely deviation and normal

6. ST segment ST segment ‫ وراه يصير‬Peak T wave ‫ اول دقايق عنده‬MI ‫ابو ال‬
Q wave ‫ انوبه تختفي ويطلع‬elevation
normal : same plane of PT wave

abnormal : elevation.... MI
depression.....

7. Q wave
normal : duration 2mm , amplitude 1mm

8. T wave
abnormal: peak .... hyperkaleamia and acute MI
 AVN block
1. first degree
‫ هذا فقط يصير تاخير بس النبضه توصل‬،‫هذا ابسط االنواع ومو كلش خطر‬

2. second degree ‫هذا بيه ثالث انواع‬

a. mobitz type 1

regular ‫هذا راح يبدي يتاخر تدريجا انوبه تسقط الضربه وايضا يكون التاخر مالته بانتظام ويعتبر‬

b. mobitz type 2

irregularly ‫هذا يكون ماكو اي تاخير وفجاه تسقط ضربه ويعتبر‬

c. mobitz type 2 block (2:1)

regular ‫هذا ماكو تاخير ولكن تسقيطه للضربات تكون بانتظام ويعتبر‬

3. third degree
‫ والنبضه‬T wave ‫ قبل‬p wave ‫ وهنا راح تشوف احتمال‬atrium and ventricular ‫هذا يكون فصل نهائي بني ال‬
‫ لذلك تكون بردي كارديه‬ventricular ectopic ‫تكون‬

SVT AF

VT VF

2. wide complex QRS ‫ وبكل الدات مخربطه‬consciousness less ‫هنا املريض يجي‬
QRS ‫ومتكدر تطلع‬

 ventricle ectopic
‫ واذا اثنني طبيعيات وحده اكتوبك‬bigeminy ‫هنا تلكاه طبيعي وفجاه تجي وحده ما تشبه صاحباته اذا وحده وراه وحده طبيعيه نسميه‬
R on T phenomenon ‫ مال القبله وتكون اخطر وتسمى‬T wave ‫ ومرات تدخل االكتوبك على‬trigemeny ‫نسميه‬

LBBB RBBB
1. wide QRS complex 1. rSR complex pattern in V1

2. discontent T wave (‫ لجوه وبالعكس‬T ‫ لفوك تلكه‬R ‫)يعني وين ما تشوف‬ 2. deep wide S wave in V6

3. poor progression R wave S ‫ وانما ال‬R ‫يعني الدومننت مو ال‬ 3.RAD

4. M shape ... QRS

5. LAD

Hypertrophy
chest lead‫ اذا طلعن اكثر من سبعه يعني هايبر تروفي ضمن ال‬s ‫ مع اطول‬R ‫⚫ نجمع اطول‬

lateral chest lead ‫ بل‬depression ‫🔴 مرات يصير عنده‬

RVH LVH
1. Right axis deviation (deep S waves in lead I) 1. tall R wave in V1 , V6
2. Dominant R waves in lead V 1 2. inverted T wave in V1 , V6
3. Deep S waves in lead V (clockwise rotation)
4. Inverted T waves in leads II, III, VF and V 1 –V 3
