Dalam kalimat The Present Perfect Tense. terdapat dua bentuk present perfect yaitu:
1.The present perfect
nominal
Dalam pola ini, kalimat tidak menggunakan kata kerja(verb) tapi
menggunakan kata sifat(adjective), kata benda(noun) atau kata
keterangan(adverb). Dalam pola ini “BEEN” diletakan setelah “have/has”.
Perbedaan penggunaan “have/has” terletak pada subjek/pelaku yang
berada didepannya, Have digunkan untuk subjek I, you, they, we Perhatikan contoh kalimat yang menggunakan question
sedangkan Has digunakan untuk subjek she, he, dan it. Untuk lebih taq nya:

1.Nadina has been here twice a day, hasn’t she ?
2.Mario hasn’t been in the bus station, has he?
3.A chameleon has been on the stone, hasn’t it?
4.Many guests have been in the hall room, haven’t they?

 2.The present perfect
verbal

Dalam pola ini, kalimatnya menggunakan kata kerja(verb) tapi

menggunakan kata kerja ketiga (past participle). Perbedaan
penggunaan “have/has” terletak pada subjek/pelaku yang
berada didepannya, Have digunkan untuk subjek I, you, they, we
sedangkan Has digunakan untuk subjek she, he, dan it. Untuk
lebih jelasnya perhatikan rumus question taq nya:
(+) S + HAVE/HAS +V3 + O, Hasn’t/haven’t + S?
Perhatikan contoh kalimat yang menggunakan Question taq nya:
1.Imanuela has waited you for 2 hours, hasn’t she?
2.Antonius hasn’t read the book, has he?
3.Tias has read that book twice, hasn’t She?
4.Yuanita and us have spent the party together, haven’t we?
5.My family and l haven’t swept the floor, have we?
6.A seller has come in the market since mid night, hasn’t he?
7.Many people have orated in front of the Monas, haven’t they?
8.You have sent the letters, haven’t you?
