LOAN AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Agreement made and entered in the City of Puerto Princesa, Palawan by and
between: GRACE EBID, of legal age, married, Filipino and resident of Bgy. San Jose,
Puerto Princesa City, Palawan, hereinafter called the DEBTOR; - and-
DANIEL DIAZ, married and ALLAN ABREU, single, both of legal age, both Filipino
Citizen and both residents of Puerto Princesa City, Palawan, hereinafter called the
CREDITOR;
WITNESSETH:
That the DEBTOR obtained a loan in the amount of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY
THOUSAND PESOS (150,000), Philippine Currency, from the CREDITOR, with an
interest rate of Eight Percent (8%) per month;
That both parties agreed that said loan is to be paid for a period of ________, from
signing of this instrument, until __________;
That both parties likewise agreed that the monthly interest shall be paid, every 16th
day of each and every month;
CO-MAKER STATEMENT:
That I, MARIO S. DIEGO, and JANE B. ABID both of legal age, married, Filipino and
resident of Barangay San Jose, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan is willing to be a co-maker
of the Debtor and will obliged to pay the loan amount including the interest in case of
failure to pay of the said Debtor.
