2. Within the warranty period; The repair of the material/equipment that fails due to material,
manufacturing faults is/is done by BAYSU free of charge. The time spent in repair is added to the
warranty period of the relevant material/equipment.
3. The warranty period of the replaced material/equipment within the warranty period is limited
to the remaining warranty period of the replaced material/equipment.
7. System equipment is out of warranty in matters arising from fluctuations in the energy feeding
the system or out-of-standards.
8. The systems are not covered by the warranty as a result of the intervention of third parties or
the uninformed intervention of the customer during the relevant warranty period.
9. Damage or performance changes caused by ignoring the warnings and notes in the operating
and maintenance manuals are not covered by the warranty.
10. Design changes resulting from changes in raw water analysis values based on process design
are not covered by the warranty.
11. Upon notification of the malfunctions occurring in the process in written form (e-mail, fax,
etc.), we will start to intervene in the system. Verbal notifications do not have a valid provision.
