I. What did you gain from the Seminar/Training?

- I gained a lot of knowledge about this seminar, especially AI ChatGPT. We all know that
there is advantage and disadvantage of ChatGPT. One disadvantage of it and actually
discussed by Sir. Mike is the impact on education. The emergence of ChatGPT has
prompted concern among professors and academic personnel since it poses threats of
ethical issues in schools such as cheating and promoting minimum effort from students.
On the other hand. For me the advantage of ChatGPT is that it is a great improvement
and advancement to our technology. One of our guest speakers says that ChatGPT can
handle and analyze massive amounts of text data, it could be utilized to make data
analysis more efficient and successful in industries such as finance, marketing, and social
science research. Integrating enormous amounts of text data from sources such as social
media. Second that I’ve learned and realize is that Mr. Niccolo Viray, one of our guest
speakers is right that “the people nowadays have a short attention span” and it really hit
me. Since I usually tend to get bored more when I feel obligated to learn rather than
excited to learn. One of the examples he gave to us is the 3D BILLBOARD IN BGC. Which
I find very fascinating and innovative and I find it a very good marketing strategy
because people will surely take time to look at it eventually absorb the message that the
3D billboard wants to convey. AI ChatGPT is incredibly innovative, and it is a tool that
humankind has developed and created, and hopefully, this technology must enable us
to better ourselves by being used for the right and ethical purposes.

II. How did this Seminar/training will help you in your work?

- One message that the speaker has given to us is that he says “workplace is one of the
toxic places that soon you’ll be encountering. And because of this message I want to
prepare myself, be ready for what I may faced in my future work. I believe that in every
changes that you may face always be ready to adapt. They said that change is the only
constant in this world. And I agree on that. Attending an all-day lecture may not sound
like my idea of a good time. However, attending this event for a day or longer and
obtaining new knowledge is one of the best things I can do for my career in the future.
III. Indicate two (2) to three (3) main things you learned that you can apply in your workplace.

-The three things that I’ve learned and I can apply in my future workplace is that

1. The Diversity Equity inclusion discussed in this event

2.Trust yourself, improve yourself and make the best version of yourself.

3. It is not enough to rely on others to do something. Prepare to help and support them.

IV. As a result of this Seminar/training, I can:

IV.1 Start doing…

- Improve myself, Set my goals and learn more knowledge, skills, build my connections.
Start being compassionate, dedicated in everything that I do. And put this into action.

IV.2 Stop doing…

- I’ll stop the things that I know will not be beneficial to me and the things or habits that
somehow cannot help achieve my goals. But I believe that as long as there’s time
management, all will be fine.

IV.3 Continue doing…

- I’ll continue self- improvement. The things and the habits that eventually I can use and
apply in my future career. I believe that if we strive to become better than we are,
everything around us become better too.

V. What assistance do you need to put into practice the ideas/learning from the webinar?

- I learned from the webinar that the assistance you need is yourself. You need yourself.
No one else can help you but yourself. No one saves us but ourselves. So become
independent and don’t be afraid to be alone. Being alone sometimes has a power very
few can handle. Investing in yourself is one of the best investments you’ll ever make. It
will not only improve your life, it will also improve the lives of all those around you.
VI. What is your over-all rating with the webinar/training? Give comments or suggestions.

- The seminar is over all full of learnings and knowledge and it exceeded my expectations.
I can apply all this learning in my future career. It is all worth it and I’m genuinely
fascinated to my fellow classmates that organized this huge event.
