LINK ANALYSIS

1. Information received states that alias "Mayo", a resident of Brgy. Centro 11,
Tuguegarao City, Cagayan is allegedly involved in illegal trading in Cagayan and
nearby provinces. Accordingly, said person has the guts to perpetuate his illegal
activities in the area because of the protection given to him by some unidentified
PNP members and politicians thereat.

2. Validation conducted revealed that alias “Mayo”, a resident of Tuguegarao City,

Cagayan is indeed involved in illegal drug activities. He was identified as Jun Pratz,
a known drug lord operating in Cagayan and nearby provinces.

3. Information received states that Jun Prats alias "Mayo" is using a black Montero as
his service vehicle in his nefarious activities. Accordingly, said vehicle was often
seen parked at a residential compound in Ilagan City.

4. Based on casing and surveillance conducted against Jun Prats alias "Mayo", it was
revealed that the residential compound in Ilagan City where black Montero was
often seen parked is also a residence of Prats in the said place. This was verified by
reports from other sources.

5. Validation conducted revealed that Jun Prats owns a black Montero with Plate Nr
IOU 123. As per verification from the Land Transportation Office (LTO), Regional
Office, the said vehicle is registered under his name.

6. On January 3, 2023, a Toyota Altis with Plate Nr XYZ 451 was seen entering the
residential compound of alias "Mayo" in Tuguegarao City, on board with three
unidentified police officers.

7. On February 14, 2023, the Toyota Altis with Plate Nr XYZ 451 was seen entering
the residence of PSMS Roy Cruz in Brgy. Lingu, Solana, Cagayan.

8. As per result of Background Investigation conducted on PSMS Roy Cruz, he is

assigned at the Regional Intelligence Unit 2 and owns a Toyota Altis with Plate Nr
XYZ 451.

9. On May 1, 2023, PSMS Roy Cruz was seen having a drinking spree at the
residence of Jun Prats alias “Mayo” together with two unidentified jail officers in
Tuguegarao City.
10. On March 20, 2023 at about 7:45 AM, the black Montero with Plate Nr IOU 123 was
seen at the Vargas Cockpit Arena Compound, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan.

11. On April 1, 2023 at about 11:00 AM, the Toyota Altis with Plate Nr XYZ 451
entered the Vargas Cockpit Arena Compound, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan.

12. On April 15, 2023, SJO2 Neil Abella on board with Toyota Fortuner with Plate Nr
ABC 789 was seen entering the residential compound of a certain June Prats alias
“Mayo” located in Tuguegarao City, Cagayan.

13. On April 23, 2023, PMSg Fred Go and an unidentified police officer were seen
conversing with each other at the Michelle’s Restaurant, Tuguegarao City,
Cagayan. Verification conducted revealed that PMSg Fred Go is assigned at PDEU,
Cagayan PPO.

14. On May 5, 2023, a certain PCMS Ronald Pagulayan went to the residence of Jun
Prats alias "Mayo" in Ilagan City, Isabela. On May 10, 2023, same person was seen
buying a bottle of soda at the sari- sari store located at the Vargas Cockpit Arena
Compound, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan.

15. On May 18, 2023 at about 1:00 PM, PMSg Fred Go together with the unidentified
police officer was seen at the Vargas Cockpit Arena Compound, Tuguegarao City,
Cagayan.

16. Based on the validation report, PCMS Ronald Pagulayan is assigned at Santiago
City Police Office and was included in the PNP CI Watchlist as an alleged protector
of illegal drugs.

17. On May 21, 2023, Jun Prats alias "Mayo" met a certain Lee Min Ho, a Taiwanese
National at Chowking, Nueva Vizcaya.

18. Information received states that a certain Lee Min Ho, a Taiwanese National
allegedly owns a spacious RTW warehouse somewhere in Quirino Province.

19. On June 1, 2023 at about 8:00 AM, JO3 Juan Bayod was seen together with a
certain Lee Min Ho, on board with Toyota Fortuner with Plate Nr ABC 789 exiting
the RTW warehouse.
20. On June 15, 2023, Jun Prats alias "Mayo" allegedly went to the City Hall of
Tuguegarao City, Cagayan. Said person was seen talking to an alleged judge.
Information further states that Prats also talk to an alleged fiscal.

21. As per verification from the Land Transportation Office (LTO), Regional Office 2,
Toyota Fortuner with Plate Nr ABC 789 is under the name of a certain Lee Min Ho.

22. Information received states that JO3 Juan Bayod and SJO2 Neil Abella are
assigned at the BJMP-RO2.
