Coach will…(teaching style/s)

Style A, instructing athletes to perform dynamic movements to the best of their abilities
In this episode the coach will observe skill levels of athletes to find out who to focus on the most and who

Style F – Athletes to discover how proper momentum is built through the arms
Coach will find a positive volume for atheles to practice momentum building, the coach will start with a very

jump higher
Episode 4 Session Activities (play) Practicing the grab Time Allocated 20 min
Player/s will…

catch a hold up the wall.
2 ‘challenge points’ will be set as different height holds for the athlete to catch, they decide which to go for

Session strength (what worked)?
All the activities were fun and engaging, athletes were excited and got envoled more than anticipated. By
the end of the session the athletes stated and showed that their dynamic abilities had dramatically
improved.

Session can be improved next time by…

A small improvement would be to spend more time on the technique breakdown, although the athletes
discovered the techniques through practice, the would’ve achieved the objectives quicker with a more in
depth breakdown.
