I have attached here the evidence of my
participation in different collegial discussions
for each quarter of this school year. I have a
Reflection Notes on each collegial discussion
that I attended showing how I planned to
enrich my teaching practices from what I have
learned on each activity. With this, I got a
score of 5 in the IPCRF Rating for the
QUALITY. I was able to attach 4 MOVs which

I attached here MOVs from 1st to 4th Quarter.
First attachment is sample of learners’ output with
reflection of 3 selected Grade 10 students from
Quarter 1 to 4 to monitor their needs and the
intervention strategies provided for them and to
see if there is progress. I also attached the E-Class
Record of Grade 10- Ginsiring from Quarter 1 to
Quarter 4.

Integrative – The Learner-Centered Teaching

Philosophy
Quarter 1:
Today, Sept. 21, 2022, I am reflecting on my experience in implementing

an integrative philosophy of teaching in my Grade 10 Mathematics class
specifically during our lesson: Geometric and other Sequences.

Integrative Philosophy of Teaching – the learner-centered teaching

philosophy used by the teacher in formulating the objectives. These objectives
were based on learning competencies as indicated in the MELC’s. Week
5(M10AL-le-1)
The teacher believes that students learn best from what they consider
most relevant in their lives, so they base their ideas on their experiences,
interests, and abilities of the students. The student brings together prior
knowledge and experiences to support new knowledge and experiences.
Behaviorism – The Learner-Centered Teaching

Philosophy
Quarter 2:
Today, December 13, 2022, I had the chance to use Behaviorism – the
learner-centered teaching philosophy in my lesson. It is used by the teacher in
deciding to give reward system in unlocking the difficulties or reviewing the
previous lesson.
Students’ prior knowledge can help or hinder learning – a research based

principles of teaching and learning. I used review to unlock difficulties and I

believed that through this, students’ prior knowledge will be activated in the
appropriate time and it help provides a strong foundation for building new
knowledge.
I believe that the use of intrinsic and extrinsic rewards

whatever/whenever students perform a desired behavior is one way in
motivating them to participate actively in the learning process.
Realism – The Learner-Centered Teaching

Philosophy
Quarter 3:
Today, April 4, 2023, I use Realism as my philosophy of teaching,

specifically in my motivation.
Realism - the learner- centered teaching philosophy used by the teacher in

giving the activity to get the students’ interest in the lesson.
I use student’s motivation which help determine, direct and sustain what
the students need to learn, I use pictures to arouse the interest of the students in
learning the lesson. The pictures can help connect to and it also provide an
authentic, real-world scenario of the lil mind of the students.

I believe that students have logic, have official thinking and

knowledgeable to perceive and understand reality which will make them adapt
to every situation.
Constructivism - Learner-Centered Teaching

Philosophy
Quarter 4:
Constructivism - the learner-centered teaching philosophy I used in

conducting the lesson proper. [May 15, 2023 lesson]
I believe that students construct knowledge based on their experiences

rather than passively take in information. I usually use students’
experiences/real-life situations in illustrating some examples to help them build
their own representations and leads them through active participation like a
typical classroom that contains students who are free to explore their ideas and
share concepts in non-traditional ways. And they usually make connections
between pieces of knowledge to form knowledge structures that are
meaningfully organized like for example the most common Measures of
Position: quartile, decile, and percentile.
I also believe that students are better able to retrieve and apply their
knowledge effectively and efficiently.

OBJECTIVE 14
For this Objective 14, I got a rating of 5 for
QUALITY because I have submitted my IPCRF-
DP from Phase II of the RPMS Cycle. I also got 5
points for the EFFICIENCY because I was able to
submit all 4 required MOVs for this Objective.
And another 5 points for TIMELINESS, as I have
accomplished the submitted documents within the
prescribed RPMS Phase.

OBJECTIVE 15
For this objective, I got a rating of 5 for
QUALITY because I have submitted MOV
beyond school or community. I joined the
Mangrove Planting Activity initiated by the
Philippine National Police of IGACOS. I was also
a Billiards coach during the City Meet and luckily,
we were able to represent Samal Island in the
DAVRAA MEET 2023, an activity that
contributed to the teaching-learning process
beyond the school. I also got 5 points for
EFFICIENCY because I was able to attach this
annotation. 5 points for TIMELINESS because I
attached 1 MOVs from my advisership/
coordinatorship.
