    Cesar Abraham Vallejo Mendoza

    Cesar Abraham Vallejo Mendoza was a Peruvian poet and writer. The most

    important in Peru. He was born in Santiago de Chuco on March 16, 1892. He

    studied high school at the San Nicolás collage.

    In 1915, he studied Philosophy and Letters at the University, but he abandoned

    his studies to work as a teacher in Trujillo.

    Cesar Vallejo wrote books as a: “Los heraldos negros”, “Trilce”, “El tungsteno”

    and “Paco Yunque”.

    Cesar Vallejo died in Paris, France on April 15, 1938.
