Dear Ma’am and Sir,

I would like to apologize for my unexcused absence for the seminar that was held by Mr.
Ace Bautista. My absences were due to my loose bowel movement. I'm sorry that I didn't
explain these circumstances to you before they arose. Next time I will make sure that I am
cleared before I take an absence. It was disrespectful and unprofessional behavior and I am
very sorry for any stress, delays or frustration this caused the school.

Once more I’m sorry for not contacting your office and thank you for your understanding.
