Dear Dr. Ason:

Prayer-filled greetings of warmth and bliss!

I would like to humbly ask for your consent to let us go home ahead of other RSPC Participants.
As much as we would like to stay and wait for the closing ceremony this afternoon, we are hindered by
the following reasons:

1. The Campus Writers will be attending the School’s Scouting Month Celebration which will
start tomorrow until Friday. Apart from being ordinary participants they will serve as
documenters and others were assigned as Troop Leaders.
2. Four of five writers I have are Senior High School students; they will need to process their
clearance for their Second Semester Enrolment.
3. Budget Constraints. The undersigned is always willing to spend personal money for this
noble endeavor but unfortunately zero budget was left for tonight’s dinner and tomorrow’s
breakfast since it’s already spent for 3 meals during the first 2 days of our stay.
4. Coincidentally, a vehicle owner from Calbiga who delivered goods here in Baybay, will give
us a ride this noon – together with the Contingents from Calbiga Central Elem. School – and
this is a great help for us to minimize our expenses and go home with less hassle.

We are hoping for your consideration regarding this matter Ma’am. As the School Paper Adviser
of thy institution, rest assured that I will be responsible with all the consequences from this decision.
