Title of Activity: 2nd Homeroom PTA Meeting
Date: November 17, 2023
Venue: Grade 9-Katmon Classroom
Objective: 1. To require the parents of our young learners to attend and
contribute their time and effort to the 2nd Homeroom Parents-
Teachers Association Meeting
2. To help contribute better school programs, projects and
activities.
3. To discuss plans and proposals for school improvements.
4. To build strong partnership with teachers and parents.
5. To distribute Report Cards for the First Quarter.
6. To recognize First Quarter Achievers.

Narrative
The Grade 9-Katmon adviser conducted its Second Homeroom PTA Meeting in Grade 9-
Katmon classroom last November 17, 2023. The parents signed on the Attendance Sheet upon arrival.
The meeting started at 1:00 o’clock in the afternoon. Forty-seven (47) out of fifty-three (53)
parents attended the meeting, Parents were well informed by the advisers on the following agenda:
a. Grading System and Recognition
b. Perfect Attendance Award
c. Academic Excellence Award
d. Students’ Safety inside the school premises
e. Absenteeism
f. Classroom Issues and Concerns
g. Christmas Party
Mrs. Clarissa V. Madamba, Grade 9 Katmon Class Adviser discussed the Grading System
and Giving of Recognition to parents. The Perfect Attendance award was given first following the
awarding of the Certificates of Recognition to Grade 9-Katmon Achievers for the First Quarter. The
Report Cards are then distributed to the parents.

The incoming Christmas Party was also discussed to parents and learners who are present on
that day. Parents agreed for a P100.00 worth of Christmas Gifts. The Foods on the said party were
donated by parents and those who can’t donate may contribute P50.00 for the additional expenses like
videoke rental, plate, spoon, and fork, etc.
The School Form (SF 9) or the Report Cards are then distributed to the parents.
And the meeting adjourned at 3:00 o’clock in the afternoon.
