The Grade 12 Amethysts (HUMSS) students under Mr. Albert John Fornoles are currently taking the Inquiries,
Investigations, and Immersion subject this 2nd Term of SY 2023-2024, a culminating research subject in Senior High
School that develops students' research, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills through qualitative and
quantitative research.

With this current undertaking, our class would like to ask permission from your Office to allow us to conduct our
research data gathering from 8:30 to 9:30 AM on February 19 to 23, 2024 to Grade 10-, 11-, and 12-year levels
to fulfill one of our learning competencies that is to gather and analyze data with intellectual honesty following
research ethical procedures.
