    Greetings!

    Relative to Division Memorandum No. 334 s. 2022 titled Division Wide Retooling of Science Laboratory
    Managers on Basis Laboratory Management, Utilization, Manipulation of Apparatuses, Materials, and
    Equipment, Sta. Cruz District Laboratory Managers headed by Edna Nerona, EdD, Public Schools District
    Supervisor and Jane M. Montalla, Principal III, District Science Coordinator issued a district memorandum
    last October 25, 2022 for the planning and organization of re-echo of the retooling in the district on
    November 18, 2022, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at North Central Elementary School.

    The training aims to orient Science Laboratory Managers on the Basic Laboratory Management; review the
    implementing guidelines on the management of hazards and observance of safety measures in the
    performance of laboratory activities and safety disposal of chemicals; and to demonstrate and experience the
    proper handling of apparatuses, materials, and equipment. The participants to this training are the Junior and
    Senior High School Teachers teaching Science here in Sta. Cruz District.

    In this regard, we are asking from your good office to allow us to borrow analytical balance, pipette, and
    burette from your laboratory. We strongly believe that your permission to use the said apparatuses will help
    a lot to the training. We give you a reasonable assurance that we will take good care of these apparatuses.
