No school leavers are recorded in 2020. Factors relative to school leavers are family problem and
lack of interest.

The data shows that repeaters are usually observed in all grade levels from 2018, 2019
and 2021. One (1) male student in Grade 7 is recorder repeater in 2020. Factors relative to
repeaters are family problem and lack of interest.
Low Transition Rate

The data shows an increase in the transition rate from the first quarter of 2018-2021. A slight decrease in the transition
rate is observed in Grade 9 from the first quarter of 2020-2021. Factors affecting on the decrease of transition rate are family
problems and parents’ attitude toward schooling.
The data shows an increase in the total enrolment from the first quarter of 2018-2021. A decrease in the total
enrolment is observed in Grade 7 from the first quarter of 2020-2021 and in Grade 10 in the first quarter of 2019-2020. Factors
affecting on the decrease of enrolment are change of residence and lack of interest brought by pandemic.

A total of 136 learners are considered as vulnerable, 62 or 45.59 % are learners with parents’ conflict and 74 or 54.41 %
are learners with separated parents. Out of this figure, 19 or 30.65% of learners with parents’ conflict is in Grade 8 and 24 or
32.43 % of learners with separated parents is in Grade 7.

quarter of 2018-2021. Out of this figure, a total of 316 learners/recipients of the program are male and 264 are female.

hundred eleven (111) or 54% learners/recipients of the program are male and ninety-one or 45% is female. The highest
percentage of 4 Ps recipients is in Grade 8.

this figure, four (4) or fifty seven (57%) learners/recipients of the program are male and three (3) or forty two percent
(42%) is female. The highest percentage of 4 Ps recipients is in Grade 8.

A total of fifteen (15) learners are recipients of 4 Ps in Barangay Naulo in the first quarter of 2018-2021. Out of this figure,
ten (10) or sixty-seven (67%) learners/recipients of the program are male and five (5) or thirty three percent (33%) is
female. The highest percentage of 4 Ps recipients is in Grade 8.

A total of two (2) learners are recipients of 4 Ps in Barangay Tubo-Tubo North in the first quarter of 2018-2021. Out of this
figure, one (1) or fifty percent (50%) learners/recipients of the program are male and three (1) or fifty percent (50%) is
female. The highest percentage of 4 Ps recipients is in Grade 9 and Grade 10.
A total of 70 learners are recipients of 4 Ps in TuboTubo South in the first quarter of 2018-2021. Out of this figure,
a total of 49 or 70% learners/recipients of the program are male and 21 or 30% are female. The highest percentage of 4 Ps
recipients is in Grade 9.
D. Teenage Pregnancy
A total of ten (10) learners are pregnant from the first quarter of 2018 up to the present. The data shows an
increase of teenage pregnancy during pandemic. Only one (1) grade 8 learner is pregnant in the first quarter of 2022.
The data shows a percentage of pregnant learners from the first quarter of 2018-2022. Highest percentage of
teenage pregnancy is in 2021-2022.
E. Program
A total of twenty-nine-point thirty-three percent (29.33%) learners are recipients of 4 Ps in the first quarter of 2022.
There is a one-point-twenty two percent (1.22%) decrease in the first quarter of 2022-2023. The school target in five years
from 2024-2028 is to have fifty percent (50%) 4 Ps recipients in the first quarter of 2028. The subsidy really helps poor
households meet their basic and immediate needs, provides financial support for their family, and most importantly
enables the learners to be able to supply their academic needs such as materials, supplies, schools snacks, etc.
A total of twenty-four-point fourteen percent (24.14%) learners are repeaters in the first quarter of
2022. The school target in six years from 2023-2028 is to have a zero repeater in the first quarter of 2028. There is
a need to strengthen existing programs, projects, and activities of the school to reduce number of repeaters and
improve students’ academic performance.

Only one (1) learner from Grade 8 is pregnant in the first quarter of 2022er, zero-point twenty percent of the
total enrolment. The school target in six years from 2023-2028 is to have a zero percent pregnant learner in the first quarter
of 2028. There is a need to conduct symposia to spread awareness and to prevent teenage pregnancy.
