a. To celebrate one of the biggest holidays of the year with colleagues.

b. To feel the essence of Christmas through Gift- giving.

c. To connect with each other in an informal setting and often helps to nurture stronger
working relationships for the year ahead.

Part 2

NARRATIVE REPORT

1. Introduction /Rationale /Objectives

Christmas is the time of year to focus on our blessings, appreciate the special
people in our lives, and to give back from the abundance that we have been given.
Therefore, Institutionalize Christmas parties are an excellent way to share some of the
wealth, say thank you, and make staff feel like they are an integral part of a school’s
success.

2. Narration of Accomplishment in accordance with the activity

The Christmas Party Celebration started at exactly 1 o’clock in the afternoon,

facilitated by Ms. Aprile Pacheco. It was formally begun through a Prayer, followed by the
Roll Call wherein each Grade Level were energetically participated through giving their
Hashtag “Sana All”. Up to next, to continue the program the committee prepared energizer
games for everyone. The Essence of Christmas Spirit was really felt through giving several
raffles where everyone received a “Noche Bueana Package”. The fun and love were truly
present through the Faculty and Staff Exhanging of Gifts. Afterwards, everybody lends their
ears to the heartfelt message of Mr. Ramon Fernandez. To formally end the program, the
Faculty & Staff was greeted enthusiastically by the ever-respected School Principal Ma’am
Jane M. Montalla. Finally, on behalf of the GNHS Faculty Club, Sir Rhaian M. Corpuz,
Faculty President, delivered his gratitude to those who participated, shared their blessings,
and specially to those who made this GNHS Virtual Christmas Party Celebration possible.
The Celebration was meaningfully concluded at 4 o’clock in the afternoon.
