a. Conduct remediation activities or worksheet to the identified struggling

learners.
b. To rehabilitate the identified emerging, developing, and transitioning
learners and give additional intervention.

Part 2 - NARRATIVE REPORT

I. RATIONALE :

Pursuant to Deped Order No. 13.s.2023 entitled “ Adoption of the

National Learning Recovery Program in the Department of Education and the End of
School Year Reading Program . The Schools division of Zambales conduct a National
Learning Camp in each school as comply the Deped Order. The San Esteban
Elementary School with the supervision of Josephine R. Padua the school principal
and the volunteer reading teacher Estifanio P. Asinas Jr.Master Teacher I conduct a

Learning Camp in the school. The participants of this activity are the identify
emerging, developing and transitioning learners from Kinder to Grade 2 . After all the
data gathered from the advisers the parents of the learners are conduct a orientation
on how the National Learning Camp give benefits to their child.
