I write this email for give your welcome to our company
I’m Rocío Iglesias, Human Resources director and i’d like to describe
structure of this company. Mr. Parker is the CEO of this company.
The company is composed of four departments:
The Finance department is headed by Mr. Jones, Financial Director and
has got his office on the second floor; the Marketing department is headed
by Ms. Butterfly, Marketing Director and has got her office on the first floor;
the Sales department is headed by Ms. Thermopolis, Sales Representative
and has got her office on the second floor and the Human Resources department
is headed by me.
The employee facilities include a cafeteria on the first floor, the gym is on the third
floor and the conference room is in room 305 on the second floor. The toilets are
on the first floor and the third floor.
