that were delivered to me, as well as I make a complaint regarding the treatment
received in your establishment by some of the staff members under your charge,
for the lack of attention and the mistreatment received by some of them, after

presente misiva, me dirijo a usted para manifestar mi malestar, por motivo
de que los diversos productos de calzado y ropa adquiridos en el
establecimiento al cual usted representa, no fueron los que se me
entregaron, así como también hago una queja respecto al tratamiento
recibido en su establecimiento por parte de algunos miembros del
personal bajo su cargo, por la falta de atención y el maltrato recibido por
algunos de ellos, tras haberme apersonado en la tienda para hacer la
correspondiente reclamación respecto a los productos adquiridos.

Espero a bien que usted, pronto atienda este malentendido y gire las
instrucciones necesarias para satisfacer mi reclamo respecto al cambio de
los productos que erróneamente se me entregaron, por los que
corresponden.
