TENDER NOTICE
FOR THE SUPPLY OF WATER THROUGH PRIVATE
TANKERS IN SECTOR G-13 ISLAMABAD
Sealed tenders are invited from the Suppliers/Contractors/Firms and services providers on “per tanker
rate basis” holding NTN/GST certificate and having experience in field of water supply for the supply of
drinking water through Private tankers in Sector G-13 Islamabad. On the following terms and
conditions.
Terms and conditions
1. Interested firms/Contractors may purchase the tender documents upon written application from
the office of the undersigned from 21- 02-2020 to 09-03-2020 during office hours against cash
payment of Rs.1500.
2. Tender must be accompanied with call deposit 2 % of quoted amount for one year supply will be
deposited in shape of bank draft/pay order in favor of Federal Govt. Employees Housing
Authority, Islamabad for the above mentioned works separately.
3. No tender will be entertained without call deposit of quoted amount for one year.
4. Price quoted shall be per tanker basis and shall remain valid for a period of 1 year. Quoted price
shall be inclusive of all applicable taxes.
5. The estimated requirements of water tankers range minimum 50 per day.
6. The supplier will be bound to supply water to all complaints on the same day to avert the
possibility of any back log.
7. The supplier should own at least 15 tankers to ensure the continuity of water supply and avert
the possibility of break down in service.
8. The water tanker should be of standard size (11’-0 x oval(6’x4’)average factor fixed with tractor
with dual operating system to cover the underground and over head tanks up to 30’ feet height).
9. Federal Governments Employees Housing Authority reserve the right to accept or reject any or
all the tenders without any reason under rule 33 (1) of PPRA 2004.
10. In view of public health care it will be better if the supplier holds the water supply license of the
CDA and owns his own tube well or water reservoir and its water has been got tested from Govt.
laboratory of any other relevant organization and declared to be fit for human consumption.
11. Govt. taxes will be deducted at time of payment as per govt. rates.
12. The tender documents may be submitted latest by 10-03-2020 at 11-00 AM & will be opened on
the same date at 11-30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representative
13. Conditional tender will not be acceptable.
14. The contractor will have to produce NIC, Income Tax registration (NTN), in original along with
attested photo copies with application for purchase of tender documents.
