REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA), Working Women Hostel, 2nd Floor, Opposite Police Headquarter,
Garden Road, Karachi invites sealed proposals from Engineering Consultant firms of national/ international repute for
“DESIGNING, PROCUREMENT AND DETAILED CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION OF INFRASTRUTURE
DEVELOPMENT WORKS OF SECTOR 24-B, SECTOR 25-B, SECTOR 18-C, SECTOR 19-C AND SECTOR 4-C AT
KDA SCHEME-33, GULZAR-E-HIijri, KARACHI”

The firm must be eligible to handle the works and should have valid PEC registration with fields of specialization in relevant category
and code. The firms must also have valid Income Tax & Sales Tax registration with FBR. Interested firms may purchase the RFP
documents w.e.f 09-03-2020 upto 26-03-2020 during working hours (0900 Hrs to 1700 Hrs) from office of the undersigned upon
cash payment of Rs. 1000/- (non-refundable).

Single stage Two Envelope bidding procedure as per Rule 36 (b) of PPRA Rules-2004 shall be adopted as described below:

The envelop of “FINANCIAL PROPOSAL” must be accompanied with minimum 01% of Bid amount as Bid Security in the form of
Deposit at Call in favor of Federal Government Employees Housing Authority, with an undertaking in Technical Bid, that the
Financial Bid is accompanied with the required Bid Security.

Proposals are to be submitted at the address mentioned below by 27 -03-2020 at 1100 Hrs and will be opened on the same day at
11:30 AM in the presence of authorized representative of consultants who choose to attend.

All the applicable Federal/Provincial taxes must be considered while preparing the Financial Proposal and are required to be built in
the quoted rates and not be mentioned separately. The bidders providing fake, forged, unsubstantiated and false information shall
be liable to legal actions i.e. disqualification and blacklisting.

reject all the Bids as per PPRA rule 33 prior to acceptance of a Bid.
