Invitation for Tender

Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) is an autonomous body of Ministry of housing and works. FGEHA intends to
refurbish the basement of its Head Office building at G10/4 through installation of Gypsum Board partition. Sealed tenders are invited
from interested Firms/Contractors fulfilling the terms and conditions stated. Scope of work will be as per bidding documents.

Method of the procurement will be single stage single envelope procedure as per Clause 36 (a) of Public Procurement rules 2004.
Tenders documents can be purchased from office of the Deputy Director (Technical-1) after the publication of this notice up to 18-03-
2020- during office hours, against the nonrefundable payment of Rs. 2000/- in shape of pay order or demand draft in favor of FGEHA.
The tender will be received on 19-03-2020 latest by 11:00 am and will be opened on the same date in the presence of the
bidders/authorized representatives. Who may choose to attend, at 11:30am at the same address. The firms/Contractors should have
adequate financial soundness, similar works experience to the tune of Rs. 8 Million or more in last five years, personnel capabilities,
equipment etc.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Valid PEC registration in category C-6 and above relevant codes for works will be mandatory for issuance of Tender
Documents.

2. Tenders through post/fax/telegraphically/email shall not be entertained.

3. Tenders must be accompanied with the requisite Bid Security (as per bidding documents) in shape of CDR only
issued from any schedule bank of Pakistan in favor of Federal Govt. Employees Housing Authority, Islamabad.

4. Under rule 33 (1) of Public Procurement Rules, 2004, FGE Housing Authority reserves the right to reject all the bids
at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid.

5. The submission of tender by the contractor implies that he is fully conversant with the site of work, scope of work &
conditions laid down in the tender documents.

6. Conditional tenders will not be acceptable.

7. Tender will be issued to authorized representative of original contractors.
8. All the applicable Federal/Provincial taxes must be considered while preparing the bids and shall be considered
included in in the quoted rates.
