PUBLIC NOTICE

It is for information of the general public that certain residential properties in Sector G-13 and G-14
Islamabad have been put to non-conforming use by establishing commercial activities in violation of
Islamabad Residential Sectors Zoning (Building Control) Regulation, 2020. Federal Government
Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) is taking strict action against all those premises which are
violating the rules and regulations by imposition of fine of PKR 500,000/- and/or sealing the
properties. All houses/buildings are, therefore, warned in their own interest to remove non-conforming
use from the residential building within fifteen (15) days from the date of issuance of this notice and
bring the premises into conforming use voluntarily failing to which FGE Housing Authority shall be
constrained to cancel the allotment of the property besides sealing the premises and imposition of fine
under the law without any further notice to individual owners.
