Ingredients:

- Basmati rice
- Onion, garlic, Ginger

Recipe:

- Finely chop onion, garlic, adrak, hari mirchi, benas, patta gobi, Shimla mirchi, kajar, corn, etc
- Tel tej aanch par – kando chamaknu
- Add lassan, adrak, hari mirch
- 2 min seknu
- Halka transparent hua ki
- Baki sab sabzi dalo ek satha and mix till sija (about 5 mins)

- Parallely rice
o Namak dalo, 1 tsp shakkar (mishri), ½ tsp kali mirchi powder, 1 nimbu in rice

- Pyaaz ki patti barik katkar dhokar rakho


- Soya sauce and chilli sauce (4 tsp each)
- Gas band

Kadai ma 2 chammach bada – mix everything together slowly – one spoon at a time –

Check sauces and salt – kam zyada huyo toh mix more

Wapis garam karkar rakhdeo

Gravy

- Kanda, Shimla, gajar, patta gobi (chaukon, badi), broccoli, babycorn / paneer
- Lassan, adrak, hari mirch saute
- Saute everythinh

2 chings gravy – mix in water – put it in kadai – namak swadanusar
