Steps: Pictures
Step 1: Badminton grip

Forehand grip: Hold the racket at an angle.


Make sure the position of the thumb and
forefinger does not change.

Backhand grip: Hold the racket in an inclined


position. Then, position your thumb on the back
of the racket handle. While the other fingers can
be positioned at the front.

Step 2: Badminton strokes

Long serve: Swing the racket from below at the


same time as the shuttle is released from the
hand.

Short serve: Direct the shuttlecock to the area in


front of the opponent's game.

Samsh: The position of the shuttlecock slides


sharply downward.

Step 3: Footwork

A badminton player's foot movements must be


agile to the front, side and back in order to reach
the opponent's shuttlecock.
