STARBOARD SIDE MAIN DECK ENTRANCE ACCESS TO ACCOMODATION. 8.) PORT & STBD @ FORECASTLE AFT DOOR ENTRANCE TO ACCOMMODATION. 9.) PORT & STBD BOAT DECK AFT DOOR ENTRANCE TO ACCOMMODATION. 10.) NOTE:
1.) ALL OPENING ESCAPE HATCHES TO BE MAINTAIN BY SSO TO
PROVIDE PADLOCK W/ CHAIN SUPPORT WHILE IN VESSEL IS IN PORT. THE SSO SHALL COORDINATE SECURITY MEASURES W/ EACH TERMINAL OPERATOR, INCLUDING SECURITY GUARDS & BARRIER ARRANGEMENTS. 2.) CREW IDENTIFICATION & VISITORS: a.) CREW’S SHOULD HAVE THE COMPANY’S I.D. CARD SYSTEM – TO BE ISSUED BY BAN & NAUTIKA PRIOR JOINING VESSEL. b.) VISITOR’S PASS WILL BE ISSUED BY THE SSO UPON CHECKING. c.) VISITOR’S PASSES TO BE KEPT INSIDE THE BRIDGE, EXCEPT WHEN ISSUED. d.) PORT & AGENTS NOT ENTITLED TO PERMANENT PASS. e.) ANY MISSING / LOST PASSES ARE TO BE RECORDED AND APPROPRIATE ACTION TAKEN.
