According to the results of the study, It is has been

concluded that there are 4 Major Factors that have heavily
influenced the students on the Major they may or will
choose in College
 What is the statement of the problem?

1. What is the Demographic Profile of the respondents?In terms of:

1.1 Gender, and

1.2 Age?

2. What are the factors affecting the students in choosing their prefered course for college? In terms of:

2.1 Parental Influence;

2.2 Interest; and
2.3 Peer influence?
 What is the significance of their study in various way?

The research aim to determine the factor that affect the grade 12
student in choosing their course. The result of the study can be
benificiaries to the research as a part of their researchpaper Like wise
the finding of the research may also prove useful to the following

Table 1 represents the age ranges of the respondents who participated in the study ranging age of 16 there
are 2 ranging age of 17 there 24 ranging age of 18 the are 12 ranging age of 19, there are 10 ranging age of
20 there are 2 with a total of 50 persons who responded in our study.

-It was resulted in the study that most of the respondents are already aware on what course they will pursue in
college

-Most of the respondents are already knowledgeable on what course they will take for college that were fit to their
own abilities and skills

-it was resulted in the study that some of the respondents are affected by their own peer group in academic
performances and in making a good decision, but in choosing their career are based on their own interest.
