individuals are focused towards. The human resources are required to make use of various
types of physical resources in an appropriate manner to achieve these goals. These are the
tangible resources, which need to be managed well. These need to be kept in clean and safe
places within the workplaces. When the individuals initiate their own businesses, then also,
they are required to make use of physical resources. The availability of physical resources
would contribute significantly in creating an amiable environment within the workplace.
These are fundamental to do well in one’s job duties and lead to up-gradation of the overall
structure of the organizations, agencies, companies and businesses. As a consequence of
availability of physical resources, all the individuals will be able to concentrate on their job
duties. When the individuals are managing physical resources, they are required to acquire an
efficient understanding of the features. The physical resources play a fundamental role in
putting into operation various types of job duties and leading to an increase in productivity
and profitability. When the individuals are carrying out the job of working on research
projects and they are required to complete them by a particular time period, the various types
of physical resources need to be utilized in a satisfactory manner. The possession of financial

structure of the organizations. The personnel are required to make use of physical resources
in an appropriate manner to achieve these goals (Schofield, 2022). These are the tangible
resources, which need to be maintained well. These need to be kept in clean and safe places
within the workplaces. When the individuals initiate their own businesses, then also, they are
required to make use of physical resources. These include, buildings, furniture, fixtures,
infrastructure, machinery, tools, devices, equipment, technologies, vehicles and other
materials that are needed to implement the job duties and carrying out the overall functioning
of the organizations in an efficacious manner.
